About the Journal

The Journal of Adult Education in Tanzania (JAET) is published by the Institute of Adult Education (IAE), a public higher learning institution in Tanzania, East Africa, established in 1975 by Parliamentary Act No. 12.

Scope
The journal publishes articles, research papers and other scholarly content in the areas of adult education, continuing education, non-formal education and the related field.

Article Processing Charge (APC)
JAET operates under a fee‑free publication policy, with all publishing costs borne by the Institute of Adult Education, ensuring that authors are not charged for submission, processing, or publication.
